Transportation

• Transportation will be provided from the airport to the hotel and back.• Transportation will be provided between recommended hotels and the conference venue.
• Special permits will be issued for vehicles granted access to the event location.
• Guests are kindly requested to update their travel and accommodation on the registration platform to receive complementary transportation services.
• Logistics support desks will be available at Queen Alia International Airport and recommended hotels to assist with transportation arrangements.

Visa & Airport

• Guests arriving by commercial flights are kindly requested to update their travel and accommodation on the registration platform to assist with visa-on-arrival procedures and wavering.
• Guests are expected to book their own flights. A discount rate with Royal Jordanian Airlines may be available for conference participants.
• Visa fees will be waived for conference participants.
• Upon arrival, representatives will assist guests with immigration, customs, and visa procedures.

Media

• A Media Registration Desk will be available at the venue for accredited journalists and media representatives.
• Media representatives must register in advance through the conference website or by contacting media.jeic@invest.jo.
• Media badges will be issued upon arrival and must be worn at all times inside the venue.
• Dedicated media working areas and interview rooms will be available at the conference venue.
• Official press briefings and media opportunities will take place throughout the conference.
• Press kits, speeches, and conference highlights will be available through the conference media center.
• Media representatives requiring filming or broadcasting permits are requested to coordinate in advance with the media team.

Gala Dinner (by invitation only)

Important notes for invited guests attending the conference dinner program.

• The official Gala Dinner will take place on April 20th, 2026 at the Marriott Dead Sea Hotel.
• The dinner will offer a networking opportunity for government officials, investors, and business leaders.
• Transportation will be arranged between recommended hotels and the dinner venue.
• Participation requires prior confirmation due to limited seating.
• Please confirm your attendance by April 1st, 2026 via info.jeic@invest.jo

Health Services

• A medical clinic will be available at the venue on April 21st, 2026 to address any medical emergencies.
• Participants are kindly requested to inform the organizers of any relevant health conditions.

Access to the Conference Venue

• The venue is subject to strict security measures. Access requires an official conference badge.
• Badges will be issued to all participants and can be collected from designated hotel registration desks.
• Participants are requested to wear their badges at all times while attending the conference.

Security

• The venue will be fully secured throughout the event.
• Under Jordanian law, firearms carried by security personnel accompanying guests require special clearance.
• Firearms are not permitted inside the conference venue.

Hospitality

• Coffee stations will be available throughout the day at the venue.
• Lunch will be provided free of charge for all participants on April 21st, 2026.
• An official Gala Dinner(by invitation only) will take place on April 20th, 2026 at the Marriott Dead Sea Hotel.
